These refund terms apply to all Digime digital services, NFC products, and subscription plans.

Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply equally in singular and plural forms.

Digime, Chennai – providing digital business card and NFC solutions.

1. Company referred to as either the Company We, Us or Our in this Agreement) refers to DigiMe , Chennai.

Digital services, NFC cards, QR solutions, and subscription plans offered by Digime.

3. Orders means: Any request or purchase made by customers for Digime services or products.

Website refers to Digime, accessible from https://digime.in

You refers to the customer, visitor, or user accessing Digime services or website.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before service activation or processing begins. Refund eligibility depends on the service status and payment verification.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date for eligible services.

To request cancellation or refund, customers must contact our support team with payment details and issue information.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests are accepted only for eligible technical issues, duplicate payments, or failed service activation.

1. The service request was made within the last 7 days.

The following services are non-refundable: Customized digital cards, completed setups, domain services, and third-party integrations.

1.Customized digital business cards and personalized NFC services are non-refundable once completed.

2.Subscription plans or services already activated cannot be refunded after successful delivery.

3.Refunds will not be applicable for services completed based on customer-approved requirements.

4.Third-party charges including domain registration, hosting, Meta verification, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

6.Digime reserves the right to reject refund requests if the issue does not meet our refund policy conditions.

Refund approval depends on payment verification and technical issue validation by the Digime support team.
